Parce qu’à deux (ou plus hein, on juge pas), c’est toujours plus fun que tout seul, voilà le TEAM WOD du mercredi 😀

TEAM WOD

10 rounds

3 strict press (30/20)
3 V-Ups

Then

10 rounds

4 snatches (power snatch + OH Squat) (30/20)
4 lateral burpees

Then

10 rounds

5 squat clean (30/20)
5 alt pistols squats (X2 si scale en squat narrow stance)

Then

10 rounds

6 thrusters (30/20)
6 jumping squats

(Same weight on the barbell all along the workout)
